Late Qing Dynasty
清晚期 粉彩人物故事圖四方瓶一對
each tall faceted vase of square section, decorated on one side with a gathering of immortals, the reverse with a couple with children in an interior setting, the two narrow sides with black enameled inscriptions underneath bogu motif, a pair of iron red decorated fu lion masks and mock ring handles set right below the shoulders, raised on a fitted hardwood stand.
Height of each 23 3/4 in., 60.3 cm.

Condition
Each vase in overall decent condition with some rubbing of glaze. Chipping along the edges. One vase with several small chips to along the mouth rim. Both vases drilled.
